decided
not to glue the secondary vanes, and attached small wood pads to them, slotted
the upper tubes, and attached the vanes with small masonite washers and deck
screws. I cut the central dowel flush with the vanes and drilled a hole through
the center of the dowel, attaching the two pieces of the dowel with a deck
screw. These modifications allow adjustment of the secondary in 3 axes plus
up/down.
